Futron Incorporated was awarded the first Connections II (CNX II) task order earlier this month. The scope of the award is to provide PBX maintenance and management for GSA in Jacksonville, Florida. Through this contract we will be supporting the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS).
“This is a key success for Futron for a number of reasons. First, there is definite significance to winning the very first CNX II opportunity as proof of Futron’s commitment to GSA, our customers and partners, as well as the CNX II vehicle itself. It was not only our goal to secure the contract, but also to use this win as a springboard for future successes. Additionally, this win serves as a testament to Futron’s ability to match quality services with procurement flexibility for the benefit of our customers. Futron previously served both GSA and the Army Corps PBX maintenance needs through our GSA 8(a) STARS vehicle and now is extending that service through CNX II. We deem the ability to maintain and strengthen service and procurement relationships over time both a critical success factor to Futron’s growth as well as a value-add to our customers and partners.”
