Futron’s VTC offering Bolstered for users in Virtualized Environments

Futron has been offering our Federal customer’s integrated Video Teleconferencing (VTC) solutions for years, oftentimes coming up against issues with enabling video within virtual environments. Traditionally, customers using Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) face choppy and slow video connections due to the amount of data required for high quality video transmission. With ClearCube’s new A6106D PC blade, VDI users now have high speed, secure and reliable video in virtualized environments.

ClearCube’s A6106D PC blades incorporate Intel® Core™ i7/i5 processors, Intel® Q77 Express chipsets, DDR3-1600 memory, PCI-Express® graphics, and on-board dual Ethernet connections to provide users with a high speed and quality experience within a virtualized environment. This feature strengthens our current VTC offering for our Federal Customers, who are already enjoying Futron designed and maintained high resolution video conferencing from their zero/thin clients to their conference rooms. Futron’s VTC customers include the Army, Social Security Administration (SSA), General Services Administration (GSA), Department of Transportation (DOT), Department of Energy (DOE), Department of Labor (DOL), and Special Operations Command (SOCOM).
