Futron has been selected as a provider of Assistive Technology products for federal employees with disabilities across all government departments and agencies, as well as wounded, ill, and injured service members with dexterity, vision, hearing, cognitive, and communication impairments.
Through the Department of Defense (DoD) Computer/Electronic Accommodations Program (CAP) Office, Futron was awarded a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract with the Defense Human Resources Activity (DHRA) to procure AT products for the Federal government around the world. Established in 1990, CAP’s mission is to provide AT and accommodations to support individuals with disabilities throughout the Federal Government in accessing information and communication technology.
Through this contract, Futron will be able to supply critical products for service members and Federal employees needing AT to fully perform their job duties, leveraging our direct-from-manufacturer partnerships and competitive procurement strategies.
The period of performance for this contract is from October 15, 2018 to October 14, 2023. The BPA master dollar limit is $25,500,000.
