Futron served as the General Contractor on this Design-Build Construction service for the roof replacement and installation of ducted return air to the first-floor mechanical system in the Beltsville Information Management Center (BIMC) Government building in Beltsville, Maryland. The scope of work for this project included new roofing, window installation, and insulation improvements. The BIMC building also required minor work on the HVAC system.
