Futron served as the General Contractor on this Design-Build project to provide perimeter improvements for the Chief of Mission (CMR) residence in Bangkok, Thailand. This scope of work included demolition of specified areas including the existing fencing, gatehouse entrance and gatehouse, and the new and re-construction of retaining walls and stainless-steel fencing. Futron also designed and installed a wastewater treatment system on facility grounds and implemented the pavement work and the construction of a road and bridge capable of supporting commercial and Government vehicles up to 30,000 pounds, which are essential for daily operations.
