Renovation project for the office space of an active Warehouse Facility required to stay in operation during the renovation work. We provided temporary office trailers next to the building and relocated all communication services from the building to the temporary office space to support the uninterrupted operation of the personnel.
This 6,500 sq ft renovation consisted of an upgrade of the electrical, HVAC and Fire Protection systems as well as a total architectural reconfiguration. The existing office space required mold abatement and remediation.
