Futron designed, engineered, and deployed an enterprise-wide UC platform on which DOL users connect, collaborate, and exchange information. This platform provided the infrastructure necessary to support the migration of over 300 users across multiple Agencies and campuses. The implementation of an Agency-wide UC platform improved collaboration, reduced operational costs, increased productivity, and enhanced the ability of its workforce to support mission critical business processes.
