Futron is seeking a Collaboration Subject Matter Expert as the Practice Lead for its Cisco Unified Communications and Collaboration deployments.

Job Requirements:

Active Cisco CCIE Collaboration Certification

Must have strong skills and experience with the following:

  • Defines, plans and designs innovative enterprise wise collaboration for voice and video solutions to meet business/operation requirements
  • Deploy and configure VMware ESXi to support virtualize environment
  • Cisco Unified Border Element (CUBE)
  • Session Border Controller (SBC)
  • Configure and understanding of Cisco ISR router to support
    • MGCP
    • SIP
    • Primary Rate Interface (PRI)
    • Plain Old Telephone (POT)
    • H323
    • SCCP
    • RTP
    • Secure SIP (SIP-TLS)
    • Secure RTP
    • SRST
    • Dial-peer
    • QoS
    • Security (ACL and Policy)
  • Provide training and mentor to technical staff for VoIP troubleshooting, configuration and overall of system knowledge
  • Cisco Unified Communication Manager Express
  • Telepresence Management Suite (TMS)
  • Cisco Meeting server
    • Standalone configuration
    • Scalability and Resilience (clustering)
    • Recorder and streamer
    • Integration with TMS, CUCM, VCS/Expressway, Microsoft, etc)
    • Understanding of CMS API and integration
  • Understanding of UC deployment guide to support DoD and Federal government requirements
  • Understanding of Microsoft environment
    • Active Directory
    • LDAP
    • Domain Name Server (DNS)
    • Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
    • Windows 10, Windows 2012 and 2016 servers
  • Solid understanding of TCP/IP networking protocols, including common application and protocols
  • Experience with supporting IP-based voice and video systems, including QoS on both LAN and WAN infrastructure

10 years phone or network engineering or related experience (minimum of 5 years with IP voice systems).

Experience in designing phone and network systems that comply with DOD infrastructure standards

Basic understanding of system requirement (DNS, DHCP, NTP, Active Directory)
